MILLENNIUM DRESSER
VIEW #1
This dresser was created for a client who demanded extreme durability. It is structurally strong enough to survive for a millennium. It has a solid cherry exterior in which I used mortise and tenon joinery. The cherry is attached to a plywood "unibody" carcass.

Because I built the carcass as a one-piece unit, it cannot warp or sag. The plywood panels effectively triangulate the cabinet in each direction. A second view and third view (the next two photos in this series) detail the interior construction.
